Please Consider Donating To Help The Refugee Dream Center Upgrade To A New Building!

Since its official inception in 2015, the Refugee Dream Center (RDC) has expanded its reach to assist approximately 3,000 refugees and immigrants each year. The organization offers essential services, including employment assistance, temporary housing, ESOL classes, programs for youth and adults, and transportation support.

RDC intends to acquire a new facility located at 184 Broad St. in Providence, RI, for $1.85 million to support its growing array of programs and services. This new space will encompass 11,888 square feet dedicated to administrative and programmatic activities, enhancing the effectiveness of service delivery, which includes an increased capacity for refugee resettlement and broader educational offerings.

RDC benefits from a diverse range of grant revenues and maintains a high donor retention rate, contributing to its financial stability. The new facility is in line with RDC's strategic objectives, facilitating ongoing program expansion and improved services for the refugee community.

In light of potential political changes, RDC anticipates a rise in public support for refugees, fueled by heightened humanitarian awareness and advocacy from local organizations. Success stories from RDC underscore the transformative impact of its services on individuals, emphasizing the necessity of sustained community support and involvement.
